Job details

Server, Barback with some kitchen/barista experience.  This position requires food prep and basic knife skills. This position is FOH and you will interact with customers. 

• FOOD HANDLERS CERTIFICATE ENCOURAGED
• Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked.
• Keep track of food/prep needed daily
• Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
• Wear a hat (health department rules)
• Prepare food for service 
• Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
